hmm, I kinda like the contrast between the seriousness of this shot's atmosphere, and the silliness of the subject.
It reminds me of a carnival from maybe the '20s or '50s, and the black and white combined with the blurring makes it seem very ghost-like. And then the cart is like, "Coca-cola! CORN DOGS!"
